J'ai trouvé un morceau de toile Aida bleue clair que j'avais brodée quand j'étais en Afrique du Sud ( il y a environ 38 ans !) 
et je ne savais pas quoi faire avec et surtout comme utiliser la broderie, 
J'ai donc cherché et trouvé une petite boîte ovale en bois naturel qui pouvait m'aider , après l'avoir correctement décorée évidement.

 Alors, peint à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la boîte avec une acrylique bluette, j'ai découpé la broderie et, 
après avoir inséré un rembourrage très léger sur le dessus, je l'ai fixée sur le dessus.J'ai ajouté une garniture dans les tons
 de bleu et d'or autour du couvercle et c'est le résultat.

I found a piece of blue Aida canvas that I had embroidered when I was in South Africa, about 38 years ago and not knowing 
how to use the design, I found a little oval natural wooden box that could help me just after having properly decorated it, of course.
 
So, painted inside and outside the box with a bluette acrylic painting and cut the embroidery. After inserting a very light interfacing
 on top and fixed the embroidery .
 I added a blue and gold trimming and sticked it all around the top of the box and this is the result.
