Buon Compleanno alla più famosa cioccolata d'Italia ,la più famosa "merenda" del dopoguerra ed anche alla più famosa crema di cioccolata spalmabile del mondo.

  Ecco che celebriamo quest'evento   qualcosa che unisce tante generazioni  anche con un bel francobollo .

Il 20 Aprile 1964 usciva il primo barattolo di Nutella dalla Fabbrica di Pietro FERRERO ad Alba ,

una cioccolata di rara bontà che doveva essere, secondo le intenzioni del suo creatore,

un ottimo alimento genuino da spalmare sul pane e, per gli operai, da integrare al pasto a base di salume e formaggio e per i bambini alla merenda . E soprattutto , era un alimento buono ed econimicamente alla portata di tutti .

La ricetta rimasta segreta ( e a ragion veduta) inizialmente derivava  dalla  Pasta di Giandujot, venduta in blocchi da taglio,. Ma  attorno al 1951 si iniziò la produzione di una SuperCrema ,contenuta  in barattoli tipo  conserva, di cioccolato e pasta di nocciole   delle quali il territorio di Alba e tutto il Piemonte sono tuttora ricchissimi  . Nel 1963  la SuperCrema venne rinnovata per essere commercializzata in tutta Europa . Dal termine inglese NUT  , Nocciola appunto venne preso lo spunto per questa nuova crema  che in un balzo dall'uscita del suo primo barattolo   nell'aprile del 1964 si radicò nelle abitudini di  oltre 100 Paesi al mondo.

P.S. I  vasetti da 350g di Nutella prodotti attorno ai primi anni '70 erano bicchieri da Whisky , vetro lavorato e ben rifinito. Non bevevo Whisky (avevo solo 14 anni) per carità  ma pensavo che la Nutella era favolosa e il servizio di bicchieri sarebbe stato fantastico: in un mese mangiai 14 barattoli di Nutella da 200g  ma a fine mese mi fu tolta l'appendicite che - esasperata dal quantitativo esagerato di cioccolato - era definitivamente fuori uso!da quel momento, pur potendo mangiare tutta la cioccolata al mondo, non l'ho mangiata che di tanto in tanto e senza grande enfasi...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY  to the most famous chocolate cream in Italy and the most popular snack after World War II in Italy and in Europe . We are celebrating this great event which joins together many generations also by releasing a STAMP. On April 20th 1964 , the first jar of NUTELLA  chocolate was produced  by Pietro Ferrero factory in Alba, Italy , a chocolate of rare goodness that was supposed to become , according to the intentions of its creator an excellent genuine food spread over bread  for the workers first  and in alternative to commun sausage and cheese , and for the kids for their healthy snack . Above all, the concept was to produce a food product of high nutritional  quality  at a reasonable price for all.

The recipe remained secret (fortunately!)initially stemmed from Ganduja chocolate paste, sold in blocks to be cut. But around 1951  Ferrero started to produce a Supercream contained in glass jars , made from first quality chocolate and hazelnuts, of which the territory of Alba and Piedmont are very rich. In 1963 Supercream was renovated to be sold throughout Europe .The English word NUT, Hazel inspired  the new cream  that in a leap from its first release on the market ,(April 1964)  it took root in the habits of more than 100 countries worlwide .

P.S. at the beginning of the '70s, I was 14 and loved Nutella so much to east some 14 jars , 200g each) in one month! At the end of the month my appendix was immediately removed but my collection of fine glass jars was completed!!At least, later I would have been able to eat all chocolate I wanted: nothing of this: I still eat chocolate from time to time  2-3 times a year...

JOYEUX ANNIVERSAIRE  à la plus célèbre chocolat  en crème   d'Italie et aussi l'un de plus fameux casse-croutes pour pleusieures générations aprés la 2eme Guerre Mondiale .Nous célébrons quelque chose qui unit des générations  par l'emission aussi d'un joli timbre.

Le 20 Avril 1964 le premier pot de NUTELLA sorta de l'usine de Pietro FERRERO  à Alba, Italie: une crème choclat de rare bonté qui allait etre - selon les inténtiosn de son créateur Ferrero , une  nourriture excellente et saine pour les enfants  mais aussi pour les ouvriers , au lieu de saucisses et du fromage .Une bonne nourriture et aussi à bon marchè pour tous .

La recette est restée un secret (heureusement) , d'abord découlée de la pate Gianduja , vendue en blocs à couper . Mais autour du 1951 , Ferrero commence à produire une Supercrème contenue dans des pots en verre (type conserve) fait de chocolat et pate de noisettes dont le territoire de Alba et tout le Piedmont sont riches . En 1963 la Supercrème  vient rénovée pour etre commercialisée dans l'Europe entière . Inspirée par le mot Anglais NUT , Noisette  cette nouvelle crème au chocolat et noisettes , de sa première sortie en pot , prend racine dans les habtudes de plus de 100 pays à travers le monde .

P.S. Au debut des années '70 , quand j'avais 14 ans, j'aimais tellement la Nutella  que j'ai mangé la quantité totale de 14 pots en verre  et , à la fin du mois, j'ai du etre opérée et mon appendix devait etre éliminée! Au moins , aprés j'aurais pu manger toute la chocolate que je voulais et avoir un joli set de verres pour whicky!! Depuis ce temps-là  je n'aurais mangé la choclate que de temps en temps : pas tellement envie...
